The Hotel met all my expectations. It was very affordable and I needed somewhere close to Gard Du Nord rather than where my work was during the day. Great access to the Metro, only a 2-3 minute walk away. Sacre Coeur is 7-8 minute walk away. I usually stay in Montparnasse but on this occasion needed to be closer to the Gard du Nord for the next part of the journey. Room was small, but perfectly adequate. Shower hot and powerful. Good work space. It is perhaps older fashioned in fixtures and finishes than some more modern Hotels but at the very competitive price, it was really good value. The lift at the property is vert small but no issue. Stairs are narrow and windig but again not a criticism, this is to be expected in an older building. The area is quite vibrant, outside the Metro with Bars and restaurants and a lot of people hanging out. There is a supermarket for any necessities less than 50M away on the same street.

Overall I was very happy with our accommodation. Everything was nice and easy, shower was hot and powerful, room clean. I lowered my expectation due to the price, however it was great. The walls up the stairs are being redecorated. The lift is tiny as it’s in the middle of the stair well, but how long do you really spend in a lift. A lot of old buildings have these lifts. We didn’t have breakfast as there is a lovely bakery a few doors down. Aldi is also next door. Very good location and easy to get around. Metro 2min walk. Very busy area, however I couldn’t hear any noice and rooms are on the street.

I went there for a "staycation" and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view of the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur from the room was mesmerizing !! There are so many food spots and shops nearby. The hotel personel was very professional, helpful and friendly. I was welcomed by Hugues when I checked-in, he and the team ensured that I had a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, it is a 3-5 minutes walk to get to the Square Louise Michel + Basilique du Sacré-Coeur, and, a 10 mins walk to go to the Gare du Nord/ Eurostar.

Beautiful location - only a street away from Sacré-Cœur, with Metro stations nearby making it easy to access all areas of Paris. Walkable distance to Gare du Nord, with a nearby shuttle stop to Disneyland Paris also available. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. I booked a twin-room so having a shower in the room rather than in a dedicated bathroom wasn't ideal - that being said, there was a frosted glass vinyl across the shower which was thick, meaning modesty was maintained.

Excellent location, walking distance to sacre cour and the beautiful streets of Montemarte, surrounded by good restaurants and bars. Staff were really good and really helpful. Room was small but well equipped, and excellent value for money. Also had air conditioning which was really needed in August. Would definitely stay here again.
